"I agree... but the standard interface is not discoverable enough with a keyboard and mouse. This is a design issue that needs a considerable amount of time. I use Windows 8 and am getting used to it by searching for keyboard shortcuts and such. A less tech-savy person would not take the time to figure it out and become frustrated. The problem is that Windows should be designed for a billion plus users and each should be delighted, not frustrated."

"Agreed. The Charms work very well and are consistent across all apps. But yeah, it's not that intuitive for most casual users. What Microsoft and devs could do is include a search 'button' in the app, clicking on which will open the charm. The official Twitter app for Windows 8 has one and I like that implementation."
