From information that Francisco Martin Garcia has provided it would appear that we can expect to see a Beta of Internet Explorer 9 in August. The beta will see the full functionality of IE9 and not just a developers preview, this should mean we also see the UI Microsoft have chosen for the browser.

I would guess the beta will be released in the second half of August following the 8 week release pattern so far for the IE9 developer preview, in fact I believe we are due a new version this week or next.
Francisco also reports that “Formal readiness program will begin at Beta. Additional readiness program details will be provided weeks after”.
The dates for the release candidate and when the browser is released to web are currently unknown. I am looking forward to testing out the IE9 beta and seeing how much work Microsoft have put into it.
