I’ve seen some new pictures of m.bing.com from Twitter from @Christo27 and it looks stunning. This completely overhauled UI has been seen on a Zune HD which obviously means its not using HTML5 to help display the page, as is the case the look of Bing mobile on the iOS devices. I think its clear to see how great an improvement this UI is over the previous version of the Bing mobile search.

I haven’t yet been able to access this new UI and haven’t seen any official word from the Bing team about this. What do you think of the new UI and do let me know if you have access to it.
New: @Christo27 has just sent me some more pictures of the new UI, it looks great, well done Bing.

Update 2: Some more pictures:
The Favorites page with no entries.
Here’s a local search for “computers”, pressing the car will open up directions.
This screens is shown when clicking on a specific business.
As seen above its possible to save businesses, these then show up on the Favorites page.
It would appear that Bing also have new feature, Favorites; I guess its self explanatory. This new Favorites aspect of Bing could prove to be very useful in listing local searches and I guess has long been part of the plan for bringing unrivalled local results to people wherever they are.
When testing on an iPod Touch it was possible to swipe to the side to see more content, maps make use of “pinch to zoom” and geolocation, the search bar has a drop down list to allow searching straight away or by pressing a “+” the word can be completed. Many thanks to Christo27 for this information.
