@fmartin_MS has done it again with more information about Windows Live Wave 4 this time it comes in the way of Microsoft going full out to announce the preview campaign, by Steve Ballmer giving a live webcast at 21:30 BST (13:30 PST) it now looks like it will be a recorded speech that Ballmer gave earlier today, its not yet on the website . I would guess then that the http://windowslivepreview.com/ site wont be going live until that time, despite many of us repeatedly refreshing that page. You can watch the webcast at the Microsoft News Center.
Its thought the webcast will be coming from Brazil and will be demonstrating how Messenger is becoming more social. It sure sounds like Microsoft are making Windows Live into much more of a mainstream product with such a large amount of PR centred around this suite of applications and services
