LiveSino have a new picture of what Hotmail will look like when the Wave 4 updates are released for the service which brings together much of what we already know about the email service.
In this screenshot we can see the refined dynamic service header, the new logo for the service, the improved sidebar with the inbox and folders separated and its Quick view categories and Messenger integration and conversation mode.
In addition to these previously looked at updates and additions it appears that users will also be getting better filtering options for their mail, as seen just above the list of emails, of from contacts, social updates, from groups and everything else. LiveSino have also shown an image that allow the user to do even more from within the online service in the way of a new menu called sweep which gives “sweeping” control of folders.
Being able to move or delete all items in a folder will certainly come in handy so will marking all the items in a folder and emptying the selected folder.
As ever I can’t wait for these updates to materialise and due to the imminent launch of Kin I am inclined to think there will be some kind of update, if not the whole Wave 4 update, around May 18th.
