Windows Live Wave 4: Changes Are A Coming
I don’t know this for sure but I would guess we can see some kind of Windows Live release around March 15th as my.live.com will be shutting down on that day as you can see in the below picture from Liveside.net.
Interestingly when I go to the same page I don’t see that red warning message.
I never use my.live.com but hope whatever replacement service is more useful, with more plugins and has the UI of the latest Windows Live releases. Another thing to note is live.com will soon no longer redirect to bing.com, perhaps live.com will be the new home of a customised page for Windows Live users. Although I seem to remember live.com was going to become the home of all Live services from Microsoft, Windows, Office and Xbox, 45 days after the launch of bing.com so maybe live.com will now become that page.
